Web panel
Monitor your booths from the web panel
The fleet, each booth's status, hardware alerts, today's activity and reporting a problem.
The web panel app.boothx.org is your control center from any computer, tablet or phone. Sign in with the same account as on your booths (email code, Google or Apple).
For a booth to appear there, sign in from the BoothX software on the booth and select it (see Sign in and link the booth).

My booths
The My booths page shows the status reported by each booth's software, refreshed every minute:
- at the top: the number of Booths, how many are Online, the Alerts (“All working” or “2 booths to check”) and Photos today;
- the Fleet list: for each booth, its Status (Online, Offline, Maintenance), when it was last seen, its version, the camera, the printer, today's photos and prints, and its alerts.
Add a booth creates a booth in advance (it shows as offline until it first connects from the software).
Alerts
The software automatically reports:
- No software linked;
- Camera disconnected, Camera battery N%, Recent camera error;
- Printer error, Printer offline;
- Low disk space;
- Battery N% (laptop).
An alert warns you of a problem before guests complain about it: paper out, camera off, dead battery.
A booth's details
Click a booth to open its page, organized in tabs:
- Overview: the current event, today's activity (photos, prints), the hardware state with the date of the reading. If the booth isn't online, the panel shows the last known state;
- Settings: the settings profile in use;
- Events: the booth's events;
- Remote commands: see Remote commands;
- Device: the system, the software version, the link with the software.
Maintenance and removal
From a booth's menu:
- Set to maintenance: indicates that the booth is being repaired or is in storage; Put back in service to return;
- Remove: the booth disappears from your account and its software is disconnected. Your events and photos are kept. To get it back, sign in again from the software.
Report a problem
Report a problem prepares a support request with all the booth's useful information: name, ID, software version, last contact, camera, printer, system and alerts. All that's left is to describe the problem.
What the panel sees, and doesn't see
- The panel sees the booth's status (hardware, event, counters) and the photos uploaded to the cloud.
- It doesn't see the booth's screen live and has no access to local files.
- An offline booth stays visible with its last known state.
