Events
Managing your events
Search, filter, sort, duplicate, delete, and everything on an event's page.
The event list
The Events page shows your events as cards. At the top of the page:
- Search: filters by name as you type;
- the All, Upcoming, Ended, No date filters;
- Sort: Newest, Oldest, Name A → Z, Name Z → A, Most photos.
If no event matches, BoothX shows No results and a Reset button to clear the search and filters.
Selecting an event
Tapping a card selects the event: it's the one that will be launched with Ctrl+A and that serves as the context for the editor and the Storage page. The selected event bar appears at the bottom of the screen with:
- the countdown (Starts in, Ends in, Ended);
- the number of Photos;
- Edit, Deselect, Launch and More options;
- Hide the card to collapse the bar.

Open an event to see its page, organized into sections.

Gallery and sharing
- Event code: a short code that identifies the event;
- Online gallery: the address of the public gallery, when it exists, with Open the gallery.
See Sharing QR code and online gallery.
Actions
- Launch (at the top of the page): starts the event for guests;
- Duplicate: creates a copy named “Name (copy)” with the same design, without the photos;
- Delete: see below.
Duplicating
Duplicating is the fastest way to prepare a job similar to a previous one: same templates, same screens, same design settings. Photos and videos aren't copied. Then rename the copy and adjust its dates.
Deleting
Delete asks for confirmation: ““Name” and all its photos will be permanently deleted.”
- The event's photos, prints and videos are erased from the computer.
- In the web panel, the event's gallery link stops working.
- This action is irreversible: retrieve the files first from Storage › Open folder if you want to keep them.
Tidying up storage
If you deleted events from another device or by hand, orphan folders may remain. The Storage page offers Clean up to delete them. See The Storage page.
