Storage and statistics
Booth statistics and activity
Read the Dashboard activity, the per-event counters and the statistics reported to the web panel.
BoothX counts what the booth does: photos, prints, videos, games played. These numbers help you follow an evening live, plan ahead for paper, and put together a report for your clients.
Dashboard activity
The Dashboard's Booth activity card shows, by media type (Photos, Prints, Videos, GIF, Boomerangs):
- the Day, Week and Month counters (“today”, “this week”, “this month”);
- a Day · week · month comparison as a percentage, to see at a glance the share of each type.
These numbers are calculated on the booth: they work offline.
Per event
Each event counts its Photos: the number is shown on its card, in its details (Information section) and in the selected event's bar. The event list can be sorted by Most photos.
More detailed event statistics (sessions, prints, games played per mode, peak hours) are gradually arriving in the Dashboard.
On the web panel
If the booth is linked to an account, app.boothx.org shows:
- for each booth, the day's Photos and Prints, counted by the booth software;
- on the My booths page, the Photos today total for your fleet;
- on the Events page, the Photos taken, the number of photos on the Cloud, the Gallery views and the downloads.
Gallery views and downloads measure guests' interest after the event: a strong argument for your clients.
Game statistics
The game booth counts games played, wins per prize, remaining stock and, for the quiz, the average score. See Leaderboard and printable prize screen.
Using the statistics
During the event
- Paper: compare the day's prints with the number of prints left on the roll.
- Traffic: a booth that hasn't taken any photos for an hour may be broken, or badly placed.
After the event
A simple report to send to the client:
- number of photos taken and prints made;
- number of gallery views and downloads;
- for a trade show: games played, contest sign-ups, prizes handed out.
For your business
Compare your jobs from one month to the next (Dashboard Month card, event list sorted by photos) to see which types of events work best.
Privacy
Statistics are counters: they contain no photos or personal data. Contest sign-ups, on the other hand, are personal data and are managed separately (export and purge).
